At Alpha Lion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
